Handling post booking procedure of client till possession
Good communication skills
Knowledge of real estate CRM like sell.do / astricks etc.
Known with MS excel & word for report preparation
Coordinating & review with pre sales team for output
Supporting in marketing & sales activities

• Carrying sales visits, acquiring new customers and maintaining accurate records
• Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits
• Maintain Customer relations
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets
